In fact, this dissertation thesis wants to find out if the suggestion can be verified that organisational culture presents the biggest obstacle to Knowledge Management (KM). Furthermore, it will then investigate how organisational culture influences knowledge management. The dissertation question is clearly an interesting question to the academic community as well as to professional managers, as it could influence the priorities in managerial activities.
